ADMISSION POLICIES

Registration Materials: The admission packet has forms for both parents and the child’s physician to complete and should be turned in to the nurse no later than one week prior to your child’s first day at the Ark to verify immunization records prior to attendance. There is also a nonrefundable registration fee.
