TUITION
Delinquent Accounts: If the unpaid balance exceeds $300.00, the case will be taken to the Ark Executive Committee (a subset of the Ark Board) for review. A satisfactory arrangement for paying the bill must be agreed upon by the Ark Board and the child’s parent or guardian, or the child’s space will be forfeited and legal action may be taken to recover all outstanding fees.
When checks are returned by the bank for insufficient funds we require the parent/guardian to bring us the balance due plus a $25.00 fee by money order or cashier check before the child can return to the Ark.Back to Tuition Table of Contents
