TODDLERS / DAY CARE / BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Outdoor Play:  Daily outdoor activity is very important for young children and is planned whenever possible. In the winter we will go out as long as the temperature or wind-chill are above 20 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees for children under 2 years of age).  The children will play in Fellowship Hall in inclement weather. It is our policy that children who are well enough to come to the Ark are well enough to go outdoors.  If children are dressed properly, weather conditions should not pose any health risk.
