Christian Hands In Action (CHIA)

Outreach & Mission have supported CHIA for a number of years through medical and construction missions.  Each year, we try to send small teams into Mexico for short-term missions lasting three (3) to five (5) days. These teams are sent to the Sierra Tarahumara Indians living near the Copper Canyon and other remote areas of Mexico.

We also participated in a 10-day mission to the Amazon River in Peru.  This was a medical mission to the mestizos who live on the river.
